RMC Swimming Pronounces Ben Knoeck as Assistant Coach

ASHLAND, Va. – Randolph-Macon College and the Department of Athletics introduced the addition of Ben Knoeck to the Yellow Jackets’ swimming teaching employees.

“I’m very thankful to have the opportunity to work with and learn from Coach Kintzer,” stated Knoeck. “I’m excited to get to work with our athletes and to assist in the continued development of this program and go Jackets!” 

Knoeck involves Ashland after serving as an assistant coach with the Waunakee Wave Swim Team in Waunakee, Wisconsin. In that position, he labored with swimmers starting from the eight-and-under coaching group by way of the senior degree, specializing in stroke fundamentals, method, conditioning and race preparation. Knoeck additionally helped put together 28 state qualifiers for end-of-season competitors and assisted with swimmer group, warm-ups and race technique throughout meets.
