“From Lens to Melody: Pere Ibañez’s Journey into the World of Ultraviolence”

artist Pere Ibañez unveils ‘Ultraviolence – Selected Works 10-15’; a photo compilation that
chronicles the past 15 years of his photographic journey, featuring his most renowned portraits, remasters of earlier works,
commissions, and a collection of completely new
images. 

The artist’s latest photographic series
‘Dream On, We’re Almost Home’ (2023) was showcased internationally, garnering significant acclaim and numerous
honors, and just last year, he was awarded the
International Prize Leonardo Da Vinci, Premier
Artists Prize, and The Phoenix For The Arts in
Italy. 

‘Ultraviolence’ emerges at an
important and pivotal stage in the artist’s career. This
photo compilation is intended to be his final photographic endeavor for the time being, as Ibañez aims to devote himself to his musical
vocation moving forward. 

Pere Ibañez is the
co-founder, lead vocalist, and composer for the electro-rock
collective ‘Sonic Panda’, and alongside his collaborator Seni Ren, they have recently partnered with the Spanish
music label No Where
Records. 

To enhance the transition, Sonic Panda is set to release
‘Foreigners’, their inaugural original
single during the same week as the book’s launch. 

‘Foreigners’
is an emotive electro-rock track penned by Pere Ibañez and
produced by Carlsed, addressing themes of
xenophobia and racism with a captivating chorus proclaiming that ‘we are all foreigners somewhere’. This song aligns closely with the artist’s photographic
style: somber, heartfelt, and with a dash of dark
humor. 

‘Ultraviolence – Selected Works 10-15’  will be released in paperback, hardcover, and eBook formats on January 6, while
‘Foreigners’  will be available on January 10  across all streaming services
and music outlets.
