Justin Baldoni Alleges Blake Lively Joked About His Nose and Suggested Plastic Surgery During ‘It Ends With Us’ Filming

In a recent lawsuit, Justin Baldoni asserted that Blake Lively cracked jokes about his appearance while they were shooting “It Ends With Us.”

As per the $400 million lawsuit acquired by Page Six on Thursday, the “Jane the Virgin” star accused Lively of “continuing to step out of character” during a scene, and began to “speak as herself instead of as Lily, which created considerable confusion for Baldoni.”

“Lively expressed remorse regarding the scent of her spray tan and body makeup. Baldoni replied, ‘It smells nice,’ and resumed acting, engaging in slow dancing, as he felt his character would with his partner, which entails some level of physical contact,” the documents indicated.

“Lively broke them out of character again and began to joke about Baldoni’s nose, which he dismissed with laughter and reciprocated the joking, even as Lively commented that he should consider getting plastic surgery.”

The lawsuit also contained a footnote that noted the “Gossip Girl” actress “claims Baldoni made inappropriate remarks regarding her appearance. This was the opposite,” alluding to Lively’s December 2024 sexual harassment lawsuit against Baldoni.

In the lawsuit, Baldoni mentioned that he has “openly shared insecurities about and has addressed on an episode of his podcast, ‘Man Enough,’ delving into the subject of body dysmorphia.”

The lawsuit also alleges that Lively’s remarks regarding Baldoni’s nose were “recorded on film.”

Page Six has reached out to Lively’s representative for a statement but has not received an immediate response.

On Thursday, Baldoni lodged a $400 million lawsuit for defamation and extortion against Lively, her spouse Ryan Reynolds, and her publicist Leslie Sloane.

The director of “Five Feet Apart,” 40, accused Lively of using her close friend Taylor Swift to dominate the production of “It Ends With Us,” which premiered in August 2024.

Baldoni also refuted the sexual harassment allegations Lively made in her own lawsuit.

The mother of four, 37, alleged in her lawsuit that an “all-hands” meeting had to take place — which included Reynolds, 48 — concerning Baldoni’s supposed inappropriate conduct.

The director was reportedly cautioned to refrain from displaying “nude videos or pictures of women” to Lively and to halt any mention of his previous “pornography addiction” and sexual exploits.

Lively also accused Baldoni of engaging in “social manipulation” to “damage” her reputation.

Last month, Baldoni initiated a $250 million libel lawsuit against the New York Times, asserting that the newspaper “selectively quoted and manipulated communications” without providing “essential context” in their article concerning Lively’s sexual harassment accusations.
