Grant, Petersen Log Prime Eight Finishes for Second Time in Texas

AUSTIN, Texas – Seniors Kathryn Grant and Elias Petersen reached the finals of their respective occasions and earned a pair of top-eight finishes for the second day in a row because the University of Utah diving program competed on the Texas Diving Invitational on the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center on Friday.
 
Grant completed fourth on the ladies’s 1-meter finals with a listing rating of 288.15 and Petersen positioned eighth on the lads’s 3-meter with a 359.15.
 
Petersen opened the day for the Utes with a fourth-place end result within the prelims, incomes a season-high 372.75 listing rating. The senior earned his second eighth-place end in as many days.
