STANFORD, Calif. – Torri Huske earned ACC Scholar-Athlete of the Year honors and 15 Cardinal were named to the All-ACC Academic Team, as the conference office announced its annual academic awards on Tuesday.
Huske, who shares the Scholar-Athlete of the Year award with Virginia’s Claire Curzan, won both the 200 individual medley and 100 fly at this year’s ACC Championships. Just a few weeks later, she won three national titles (50 free, 100 free, 100 fly) and finished as the runner-up in three more events (200 free relay, 400 free relay, 200 medley relay) at the NCAAs. She is one of just four swimmers in program history to earn the maximum 28 All-America honors and was named a finalist for the 2026 Honda Sport Award.
The Arlington, Va., native, who’s set to graduate with her degree in Design later this year, boasts a 3.87 GPA and is a 2025 CSC Academic All-American.
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team include a 3.0-grade point average for the previous three quarters and a 3.0 cumulative average during one’s academic career, while being enrolled at the institution for at least one year and being classified as an undergraduate student. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team’s athletic contests.
