Most of us spend the early levels of our careers swimming unsure and satisfied we’re alone on this. Spoiler alert: we do not have to be.

For the 4th version of Ladies Collective this weekend, we, at Ladies that UX Porto, introduced that doubt to the desk and noticed it loop once more.

I moderated a spherical desk with a director I completely love listening to, and a mid-level product designer navigating the same inquiries to mine. Two individuals, two careers, two very distinctive paths and but very complementary.
