Born on July 28, 1950, in Union City. On June 12, 1971, she married the love of her life, Donald H. “Mick” Proper, Jr., in Pleasantville. Together they constructed a ravishing life and shared 55 years of unwavering love, devotion, and partnership.

Carol was a graduate of Titusville High School, Class of 1968. She labored for a number of years at Oil Valley Federal Credit Union, the place she was identified for her kindness and heat smile.
