I acknowledge that I’ve learn and perceive the BHSC Pool Club Rules and Regulations.

I acknowledge that I’ve learn this Agreement and that I perceive the phrases and language in it. I’ve been suggested of the potential risks incidental to using the swimming pool, facilities, tennis courts, or different amenities. Knowing this and in consideration of being permitted to make use of the swimming pool, facilities, tennis courts, or different amenities, I hereby voluntarily launch BHSC from any and all legal responsibility ensuing from or arising out of my use of the swimming pool, facilities, tennis courts, or different amenities.

I perceive and agree that I’m releasing not solely BHSC, but in addition the officers, administrators, board members, brokers, staff, volunteers and representatives of that entity.

I’ve learn and perceive the above necessary info, warning of threat, assumption of threat and waiver and launch of all claims.
