Worlds of Fun: Two parks, fireworks nights and a full summer season occasions calendar

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) –  If your loved ones is trying to pack the vacation weekend and the remainder of summer season with rides, water slides, and somewhat fireworks magic, Worlds of Fun is leaning all the way in which in.

The park’s Fourth of July weekend celebration begins this weekend, with extra summer season occasions and updates rolling via July and into August.

Both Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun are open day by day.

Fourth of July weekend highlights

• Hot air balloon on the park Saturday, July 4, and Sunday, July 5
• Star-Spangled Nights fireworks set for Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, at 9:45 p.m.
