Brenda Phyllis Anderson, age 79, of Bean Station, handed away peacefully at her house on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. She was born on June 17, 1947. Brenda was preceded in loss of life by her beloved husbands, Richard “Rick” Anderson and Junior Seals; grandchild, Sam Strange; dad and mom, Lon and Addie Lawson; sisters, Stella Royston, Nina Trent, Goldie Depew, Imogene Lane, Margaret Purkey, and Kathy Lawson; and brothers, Johnny and Carl Lawson. She is survived by her kids, Tommy (Malisha) Seals, Jennie “Lu” Seals, and Teresa (Jeff) Webb; sisters, Wanda Carroll and Faye Ferrell; grandchildren, Amber Arnold, Lindsey Hayes, Caleb Seals, Colleen Trent, and Jacob Jenkins whom she had a particular relationship with; and great-grandchildren, Lillianna, Landon, and Dawson Hayes, Ansley Arnold, and Nova and Jack Trent. The household want to prolong their heartfelt gratitude to Daisy Phillips for the compassionate care, kindness, and friendship that she gave to their mother and likewise to the nurses of Caris Hospice. Family and mates will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday, July eleventh at Swan Creek Baptist Church in Hancock County for graveside companies. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
