What to Expect
The Associate Head Coach is answerable for supporting the Director, Swimming & Diving by teaching Cadet-athletes, recruiting, monitoring Cadet-athletes’ tutorial progress, scheduling, managing journey, overseeing the self-discipline and conduct of the Cadet-athletes. This place studies to the Director, Swimming & Diving. All the duties of the place should be carried out in adherence with the insurance policies, guidelines, and laws of the United States Military Academy (“USMA”), Army West Point Athletic Association Inc. (“AWPAA”), the Patriot League (“Conference”), and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA”).
