Drifting – Fusuma-e House and Studio / knof

An condo overlooking each century-old bushes and the skyline of central Tokyo—we designed this residence because the Japanese residence base for a music producer and DJ. For a consumer whose life is formed by migration—continuously shifting the world over for dwell performances and music manufacturing—we sought to create probably the most stress-free locations on Earth. Our purpose was to create an area with a profound sense of depth: one which, regardless of its location within the coronary heart of town, stays linked to nature, to gentle and shadow, to artwork and craftsmanship—to magnificence in all its types.
