Submission necessities: Writings, pictures and cartoons should be submitted by electronic mail or on disk or flash drive. Videos could also be submitted via switch companies or on disk or flash drives.

Story tips: Stories could also be actual, imaginary or confabulated. Preference shall be given to tales regarding the South Bay. Stories needs to be not more than 1,500 phrases. . Email tales to [email protected].

Photo tips: Photos will need to have been taken within the South Bay between September 2025 and July 2026.
File identify format: lastname-title.jpg. 2 to five megabytes.
All picture submissions should be accompanied by the photographer’s identify and deal with, when and the place the picture was shot, kind of digital camera and identify of shot. Limit of 4 entries per photographer.

Video tips: Limit of two movies per videographer. 2 to 4 minutes. Preference given to movies regarding the South Bay.

Cartoon tips: Preference given to cartoons regarding the South Bay

Return coverage: No submissions shall be returned.

Usage rights: Writers, and photographers who submit entries to Easy Reader’s 2026 anniversary contest authorize Easy Reader and its affiliate’s restricted rights to be used of the submissions for print, net and social media. Participants retain possession rights.
