NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt swimming head coach Jeremy Organ announced Friday the additions of Jenn Cahill and Emma Moll to the Commodore coaching staff. Cahill returns as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator after previously working under Organ for two seasons, while Moll will serve as assistant coach and director of operations.

“We’re excited to welcome Jenn and Emma to Vanderbilt,” Organ said. “From the very beginning of this process, I was looking for exceptional people who believe in our vision and understand the responsibility we have as coaches and mentors to our young women. They bring outstanding experience, character, and a genuine commitment to developing our student-athletes both in and out of the pool. I’m thrilled to have them join our program.”

Cahill returns to coaching after working in the private sector for the last four years. She was assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for Missouri men’s and women’s swimming for three seasons, helping the program land consecutive recruiting classes that ranked among the top 25 in the nation. During her time with the Tigers, over 20 student-athletes earned All-America honors while both teams placed in the top 20 at the 2021 NCAA Championships with the men accomplishing the feat again the following year.

She was first on the Dore staff from 2017-19, serving as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator while helping Vandy finish .500 or better in dual meets both seasons. Cahill’s first season saw the Commodores post 18 personal best marks at the SEC Championships, while the next year at the league meet Vanderbilt had swimmers set school and freshman records. She entered the coaching ranks as a graduate assistant and recruiting coordinator for two seasons at TCU.

Cahill received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boise State in 2013 after earning four letters in swimming and serving as a team captain her final two seasons. She added a master’s degree from TCU in 2017.

Moll has spent the last two years as coordinator of game operations for the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, a role in which she supported operations for Team USA at the 2024 Paris and 2026 Milano Cortina Olympic Games. She also completed an internship with USA Swimming and served over seven years as a volunteer summer swim coach and instructor at the Danville (Ill.) Country Club.

During her undergraduate career Moll was a team manager for the men’s and women’s swimming programs at Michigan, assisting the coaching staff and director of operations with scheduling practices, training logistics and student-athlete development programs. She received her bachelor’s degree from the school in sports management with a focus on marketing and management, as well as a writing minor, in 2024.
