According to the Houston Police Department, an officer was referred to as out to a suspicious occasion on the Dandelion Cafe round 1:45 p.m. 

According to officers, a 20-year-old lady reported a black cellphone was propped up by a restroom trash can and was lined by a paper towel. 

Officials mentioned the lady reported the cellphone was reporting. 

The lady reported to authorities that she took the cellphone to administration on the enterprise and referred to as 911. 

Authorities mentioned Brewington, who was the proprietor of the cellphone, was recognized and detained in reference to the incident.
