Mia Cheatwood Named Swimming & Diving Assistant Coach

TOLEDO, Ohio – University of Toledo ladies’s swimming and diving head coach Jacy Dyer introduced the hiring of Mia Cheatwood as an assistant coach for this system on Tuesday.

Cheatwood joins the Rockets after a four-year swimming profession at West Virginia (2022-24) and Louisville (2024-26). Throughout her time as a student-athlete, Cheatwood competed in three NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships and earned All-American honors with the Cardinals in 2025 and 2026. She additionally scored within the 200 breaststroke within the 2026 NCAA Championships, rating 10^th within the nation.
