Travel Award Submissions Now Open | Arkansas Information

As a part of the Provost’s Office’s dedication to supporting school improvement and enhancement, all full-time tenure or non-tenure assistant and affiliate professors are eligible to use for journey help in the event that they current unique scholarship as a main creator at a nationwide/worldwide skilled convention or inventive exercise at an exhibition, efficiency or different associated skilled venue.

Up to twenty candidates may obtain as much as $700 of journey help if chosen/accepted to current as a main creator, artist, or performer. Before journey, an expense authorization needs to be accomplished by the house division. To obtain reimbursement, awardees should submit their expense report quantity in Workday to the Office for Faculty Affairs upon completion of their journey.

Applicants should:

• Be accepted or invited to knowledgeable convention, exhibition, or efficiency.
• Be main creator, artist, or performer.
• Receive endorsement from their division chair/head as a part of the applying packet. 
• Be 100% appointed school. 
• For worldwide journey, please present expense authorization whereas making use of for journey funding. 
• Acknowledge receiving funding help from the Provost’s Office. 

Applications are open by June 8 for convention journey July 1 by Dec. 31.
