Our Operations Services Team is searching for a Part-time Field Travel Coordinator to facilitate discipline operations by managing journey bookings, aiding with worker relocations via coordination with shifting corporations, and arranging lodging for every day operations, coaching periods, and occasions.

Job Functions:

• Booking journey for Field workers (resort, automotive rental and/or flights)
• Help company workers with journey questions or bookings
• Booking assembly area for job gala’s, district and/or division conferences
• Obtain receipts from distributors and help with firm buy card reconciliation
• Approve resort and shifting invoices
• Phone and e-mail help from distributors
• Responsibilities embrace Assisting workers with purchases, processing finish of day, aiding with stock and pricing
• Assist with transport of New Store Orientation provides
• Ordering of stationery provides
• Other duties assigned as wanted

Experience and Quaifications:

• HS Diploma or equal required
• Previous administrative expertise acquired in a enterprise setting
• Experience with accounts payable and journey can be advantageous
