Authors are invited to submit unique, unpublished manuscripts of 2- to 6-page size, together with figures and references, with a 200-word summary, written in English, utilizing the 10-point font, double-column, single-space IEEE convention paper format. Previously revealed papers or papers beneath evaluate for different conferences/journals shouldn’t be submitted for consideration. All papers should be submitted via the EDAS Conference Management System web site. No greater than two (2) extra printed pages (10-point font) over the 6-page restrict could also be included in your submission, and the additional pages will incur an over-length web page cost of US$100 per web page, if accepted for publication.

Before importing the ultimate manuscript PDF, you could be sure that your file is IEEE-compliant. Manuscripts that aren’t IEEE-compliant won’t be included within the convention proceedings.

All technical papers which have been accepted, registered, and introduced (together with 2-page-, common, particular session and analysis discussion board papers) will likely be revealed within the IEEE GEM 2026 Proceedings and submitted to IEEEXplore for indexing.
