RMKS/1.  The goal of this MARADMIN is to announce Marine 

Corps official lodging services shall be bookable when 

creating Temporary Additional Duty (TDY) authorizations in 

the Defense Travel System (DTS) efficient 25 May 2026. 

2. Per reference a, use of on-base official lodging is a 

requirement for official journey for all DoW vacationers when

 the placement is included within the Integrated Lodging Program

 (ILP). All Marine Corps official lodging services meet DoW 

Lodging Adequacy Standards. Their use is subsequently obligatory. 

2.a. Mandatory use applies to each navy and civilian 

personnel.

3. On Marine Corps installations, Marine Lodges and Inns of 

the Corps are official lodging services. 

4. When the TDY vacation spot is a navy set up, the 

Approving Official (AO) will be sure that the TDY vacation spot 

in DTS is listed because the set up (when relevant), not 

the related metropolis or city.  

5. Per reference a, certificates of non-availability will 

solely be issued if lodging aren’t accessible.

6. Per reference a, reimbursement for lodging prices when 

conducting official journey shall be restricted to the official 

lodging fee when lodging is accessible however not utilized and a 

certificates of non-availability is just not included within the journey 

voucher.

7. Room reservations for service members executing Permanent 

Change of Station (PCS) orders and leisure vacationers may 

be made by visiting or by 

calling the toll-free 24/7 Reservation Center at 1-(888)-409-

STAY(7829). Leisure journey reservations could also be made when the 

room stock is just not totally reserved by official vacationers or 

for official mission necessities.

8. Room reservations for TDY vacationers and leisure vacationers 

may be made by visiting or 

by calling the toll-free 24/7 Reservation Center at 1-(888)-

409-STAY(7829).

9. Room reservations for Inns of the Corps and Marine Lodges

could also be made utilizing the “MCCS Connect” utility.
