COLLEGE STATION – Texas A&M Director of Swimming & Diving Blaire Anderson has added 2020 Olympian and two-time Aggie Heart Award winner Munzy Kabbara to her workers as External Relations & Recruiting Assistant.
 

In this position, Kabbara, who completed his standout collegiate swimming profession earlier this 12 months, helps exterior relations, recruiting, communications and occasion operations for the swimming & diving program. He serves as a key liaison to alumni, donors and households, whereas delivering a championship-level sport day and occasion expertise.

A local of Houston, Kabbara competed for the Aggies from 2021-26 and represented Texas A&M on the NCAA Championships thrice. The versatile Kabbara completed his profession ranked on the college’s all-time prime 10 checklist in 4 occasions: 200 backstroke, 200 butterfly and the 200 and 400 IM’s. He started swimming internationally for Lebanon at age 12 and has competed on the seven World Championship occasions and the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. He owns Lebanese nationwide data within the 200 butterfly and 200 and 400 IM’s.

At the 2026 Legacy Awards, Kabbara was honored because the male twelfth Man of the Year for epitomizing the Spirit of the twelfth Man and Texas A&M’s Core Values. Always concerned in the neighborhood, Kabbara accomplished over 100 volunteer hours supporting group service and occasion initiatives, similar to Aggie AchieveMates and REVved Up to Read.
